Past Tense Studio's store will sometimes offer a free shipping promotion. When this promotion is offered it will be clearly stated on the Past Tense Studio's store site, and will be applied to your order at checkout.

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. Please note that during Sale, confirmation time may take up to 5 days.

Your order will be dispatched within 2 days from the time it is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel. Please note that during Sale, dispatch time may take up to 7 days.

Orders within Sweden will be shipped with DHL and delivered to your nearest DHL Service Point for collection. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive the DHL tracking number by email and your parcel can then be tracked on www.servicepointinrikes.se

DHL will inform you by SMS or Email once your parcel has been delivered to the Service Point and is ready for collection.

International orders will be shipped with UPS. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive the UPS tracking number by email and your parcel can then be tracked on www.ups.com. The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. Since UPS couriers require your signature when delivering the goods, you will have to be present at specified shipping address at the time of the delivery.

During the registration of your Past Tense Studio Store account you will be required to register your personal address information. If you wish us to ship your package to an alternative address please state that address in the checkout process at the Past Tense Studio store. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Shipping rates are not inclusive of customs and duty fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination country.

Swedish orders will be delivered within 1-4 days from the day you received the shipping confirmation.

International orders will be delivered within 2-8 days from day you received the shipping confirmation.

Please note that during Swedish National Holidays and Sale, Orders may take unto 7 days to dispatch.

Past Tense Studio store cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when paying through a different currency payment method than offered on our site.

Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by Past Tense Studio store.

During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to return your order. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to change to a different size or item, a new order must be placed. You must return the Past Tense Studio products to the Past Tense Studio online store's return address in perfect condition. The Past Tense Studio products should not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. Also, the returns slip that comes with the shipment needs to be completed and enclosed together with the returned products. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Please clearly mark the goods as RETURN on any customs paperwork and declare the correct value of the goods. Goods not marked this way or declared at zero value may be subject to delays or import duties. Make sure to register your return with us using the contact form so we can guide you through the process and avoid unnecessary fees.

Past Tense Studio store is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after Past Tense Studio store receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by Past Tense Studio store. Costs for exchanges: Once you have returned the items, Past Tense Studio store will not make any additional charges for shipping in the case of an exchange. Please note that Past Tense Studio store will not refund additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges, that may incur. During sale or promotional offers the policy explained above, will apply, except that Past Tense Studio store will not accept exchanges.

PLEASE NOTE RETURNS CAN TAKE UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS FROM ARRIVAL AT OUR WAREHOUSE. DURING BUSY PERIODS THIS TIMELINE CAN BE LONGER, HOWEVER WE DO ENDEAVOUR TO PROCESS ALL RETURNED ITEMS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
